    1. Look up Briggs mansion. There is a lot of stories about it and the ghosts that occupy the home.

  4. Anonymous, do you live in the house to the right of this mansion? I attended a wedding there in 2007. My bf, his father and I went for a walk down summit ave then around to summer lane and walked through the opening of the back of the Griggs mansion (thinking this was the enterance to the back of the venue) as we are walked through the covered opening, I heard footsteps behind us and looked back thinking I would see someone walking behind us (although the three of us were alone on Summit Ln), but no one was there. I remember being kind of weirder out and slightly bothered. Later at the venue (your house?) I was telling another guest of the wedding about what happened because I was creeper out by it. That is when I was told about it being haunted. I was really creeped out then. I swear to this day someone was walking (in heels) behind us because it echoed in that covered opening after all three of us were already through it and on the venue property. I came home and researched the crap out of the place and I am convinced we encountered something. Idk why but tonight about 7 years later I decided to research it again. Have you ever heard anything in the yard or on the grounds?
