Ah, and now I bring you another of my real estate pet peeves. (Relax Realtors. This one is for the homeowners.)
Landscaping or lack thereof.
I'm guess this is a beautiful home with potential for lots of curb appeal but these massive trees that are blocking the view (and light that might potentially be getting into your lovely home) make it hard to fall in love with.
If you are attempting to sell your home, remember the outside is as important as the inside. Just as with people our first impression is the one that stays with us and that's the outside of your house.

When we were home hunting in South Jersey, we looked at a dozen or more homes and more than half of them had backyards filled with disgusting dog poop.

Those homes immediately got cut off my list without even going inside. If you are too lazy to mow your lawn, prune your trees or pick up after your dog, I cannot trust that the necessary maintenance inside the home has been cared for either.

Once again, having said all of that I present you with this lovely home with amazing glass and details that forever make me happy.
