Elevator Shaft is industrial sized and stairwell. Built in 1940 this building still has hospital grade tile still intact & appears to be in good condition (offwhite) in color. Solid concrete walls and beams! Partial tunnels to other former hospital buildings located underneath have barrier walls at the ends. Tunnels underneath were formally used as storm & fall out shelters (according to tenant). The basement area was the former Laundry facility & scales. This building is in need of repairs, but appears to be solid & built to withstand with concrete, steel, and brick. Roof needs to be replace amongst other things. Overall this industrial like building costs $10.51 per sq ft!! (as is) Electric is turned off. Bring a flashlight!
