The trouble with these factories comes if you have no imagination. If you can't look at the space that is dingy and often filled wtih tons of crap and dirt. Walls dying for new paint, windows that beg to be cleaned, lightbulbs that need to be changed.
If you look at a space like this one and see it only for what it is now, they will NEVER appeal to you. If you can see what they would be after some real elbow grease and some paint then you get what I see when I view these warehouses and factories
