Oh my gosh...

I so want this place...seriously. I want this place...I can see it being an amazing breakfast/lunch spot with super yummy B&B style breakfasts and super delicious ice cream things...
The whole building including the business and a 2 bedroom apartment are for sale for $275,000.
The facade might have to be changed and the name would have to be changed for SURE. We will call it...Singvogel. Yeah...it means Songbird in German...Right now they have it set up as an antique shop/gift shop/soda fountain. Too much stuff...not enough focus...
