Apparently with a little TLC this could be a great house. The lower level is unoccupied and she's living upstairs. The Realtor assured me that all you would have to do is remove a door at the top of a stairway to make it a one family again.

The Dining Room

The downstairs kitchen which apparently isn't used as a kitchen and has no appliances. But look! The cabinets are purple (Is Chrissy trying to tell me something?) and the calender happens to have a Bison on it. One of Mike's favorite animals!

This is the den off of the living room. I SO dig this little room. Look at the ceiling! That's beautiful stuff right there!

The living room.

The front door. To your left is the dining room and to your right is the living room and that den I mentioned above.

This is the upstairs kitchen.

I'm going to assume that that door we see is the one that leads downstairs which would make this area a landing or a second foyer of some sort. Nice and big with lots of light.

One of the bedrooms being used as a sitting room.

A bathroom. There are two.

Love the site!
It will be easy enough to remove the door, but be sure the house isn't being taxed as a two-family...
Good luck with the search!
