I love this house but the chair in the bathroom is confusing UNLESS it's a home with very small children and then the potty is the only place you can get any peace and quiet and when you are potty training you can often be in there for a while. I know my back would have loved a chair like that!
If they have no kids then I got nothing and have no idea why you need a chair in the bathroom...
