Way overpriced. First floor is trashed. Third floor ceiling in rough shape, tiny bathrooms, no closet, very small bedroom. 2nd floor not readt for professional tennant...
First floor needs 100K poured into it. No parking. second floor needs 20K minimum. Apartment is nice and doesn't need much except a complete paint and some plaster fixed. 25k to do it correctly. The building is simply way overpriced. Good luck
