I LOVE the history in this place! I see roll up garage doors and immediately want to replace them with those roll up windows to let in lots of extra light. Click on the photos and check out the flooring on the area around the boats. It's not straight concerte. It's either brick or tile which is a detail I adore.
We would of course have to put in a drop ceiling to hide that insulation.
