She is GORGEOUS. Seems to need some new window panes, kitchen needs updating and the whole place needs some paint. Overall mostly cosmetic work.
For the price you can fix her up and not break the piggybank and I have always thought that a cash purchase of a home would be a fairly bad ass transaction...
