Just wanted to let you know, we purchased his house over the summer (2011) and we are now converting it back into a single family residence.
This will be our second historic house, and hopefully our last (keeping this one forever).
How lucky you are you! Congratulations on your forever home. She's beautiful. I hope that you might send photos of the conversion when you are finished.
