I've always enjoyed this particular property too. Many grand homes in Gilbertsville as of late have surfaced on the market from Tianderah (next to Centennial) to Rockwell Farm and Centennial's former 'polo house' (Meadow Brook) - however Centennial Farm has once again dropped off the MLS as of Nov 2011.
The absent owner (he lives on LI) certainly has been "spirited" in how he's gone up and down in price (as well as land offerings) then formally on the market then back off again.
