Very interesting that they put this on the market right after Hurricane Irene. Lexington was barely spared the most severe damage. Video from right in front of the property:

These properties (5 tax lots) were for sale for a long time a couple of years ago for a total of $1MM. $550K for the package is a good deal. Owned by a non-profit Theatre group from the city.
