Oy! This beauty could use some spiffing up!

MID STATE VERMONT VICTORIAN B&B This home was the Grand Dame of its day, the highest style Victorian in town.
With high visibility and frontage on two streets, the 5,600 square-foot inn has stunning architectural detail and quality second to none.
From the coffered ceiling in the 35' ballroom to the incredible fireplaces in the dining room and parlor, the natural woodworking is very impressive and almost like new.

The dining room has a plate rail and above that a hand painted mural. In a vibrant downtown in a mid-sized city, this 6+bedroom B&B also has a 3,000 square-foot barn for owner's quarters growth or another business.
There are 5 guest rooms, all large enough for multiple beds, even with kings.
They all have their own bathroom.
The garage/barn or the ballroom could be used for weddings or multiple functions associated with the bed and breakfast.
It a very large, fenced in yard, also great for guests or functions.
There are 2 half baths available for the public.
There are back and front porches for guests, too.
There is plenty of parking.
Overall, this pristine property is an excellent business opportunity at a reasonable price.

MID STATE VERMONT

For just $85 - $119 a night double occupancy, you'll stay in your choice of one of the five gorgeous and spacious bedrooms each with its own private bath (first come first served, reservations are best). In the morning you get treated to a full Vermont style breakfast but be careful or you may not be able to eat lunch at one of the many fine dining establishments located in the area. See "Additional Area Information" below for ideas on the many ways you can enhance your stay in the central Vermont area.

Mr. Reynolds built the house in 1892 and it remained in his family until 1995 when it was first transformed into a local Bed and Breakfast. Don and Terry O'Donnell purchased the house in October of 2002 and are dedicated to keeping the house as close to its original construction as possible.

While you enjoy your stay in the spacious rooms you notice that most of the house has the original molding, windows and pocket doors all specifically constructed or crafted for the house. As you walk into the dinning room, you will instantly notice the mural originally painted when the house was built in 1892.

Finding your way to Reynolds House is very easy, only a short distance from Interstate 89. Take exit 6, go down to the bottom of the hill. Make a left onto South Main Street, follow it about a mile on the right you can't miss it. Its central location in the area makes it ideal for guests to branch out in any direction to see and experience the sites and history of Vermont while staying at a beautifully built and maintained old family home.
