So we submitted our bid to the Cape Cod on Sunday. The owner hasn't responded and hasn't even seen our offer. He's apparently flipping out because he doesn't have a home to move into lined up.
So he's not responding to the offer.
He has till Friday morning to respond and then we pull the offer and go and start looking again.
Folks never fail to amaze me
