My parents have a second home in the Berkshires and a few years ago my father wanted to put it on the market. For some reason the Realtor he listed it with took some stellar fantastic exterior photos and photos of our 5 + acres but never took any interior photos.
Since I wasn't anxious to sell the house (and it ultimately didn't sell) I kept quiet about how important interior photos are.
If we can't see it, we can't get too excited about it.
Having said that, this home could be lovely and it could be a total shit hole. No way of knowing...
