Description

Spring Street Coffee House is the favorite gathering spot for locals and tourists. House favorites are specialty coffees and smoothies, along with daily luncheon specials. In the cooler, homemade cakes, pies and desserts tempt diners. Wireless internet available. Meals can be eaten in the cafe or prepared for take-out, with a new drive in window in the works. A new bank has opened just to the west of the cafe, with an art studio just to the east, where locals come for classes and gallery shows. Across the street is the city park, including a covered bridge and canal, the spot for concerts and many events in the downtown area. Above the cafe is the owners two bedroom apartment, just renovated for new owners. This could be rented for extra income from the property. Kitchen and bath have just been renovated, with a diningroom and livingroom adding to the space.

St. Marys is a small historic town in northwest Ohio, just to the east of Grand Lake St. Marys, which borders the town to the west. Tourism in the area is mostly for the historic sites and the lake. Grand Lake is the second largest man-made lake in the U.S. Boaters, weekenders and fishermen frequent the area for most of the spring, summer and fall. Ice fishing is a favorite in the area when the lake freezes. The local theatre offers live performances, with the opportunity to join the cast. A brand new school building is going up, middle school to high school, with two other grade schools in the town. A Kroger has been in the area for a couple of years with some new businesses in the outlying areas. Downtown is a great spot to gather, in the coffee house, for those just looking for some good food and drink, wifi cafe, or just to sit and read the local paper. Great investment for someone looking for a business all of their own.
