It's got an interesting sale history.

Put on the market back in June of 2010 with a price tag of $27,500,000 it was removed from the market in December of that year. Put back on the market in Feb of 2013 for $8,000,000 the price dropped to $6,000,000 in Sept of 2013 only to be removed again in Feb of 2014.
